Design

The design phase is all about determining what your vision is so that we can bring it to life. During this stage, our team will work closely with you to understand your preferences, needs, and any unique features of your space.

We'll guide you through options for size, shape and finishes along with any of the optional Design Features you can find listed on our website, ensuring everything fits seamlessly into your landscape. Once we have gathered all relevant information, we will create a site plan of the proposed design for you to review.

With your ideas and our expertise, we’ll create a custom design that’s both functional and beautiful, making sure your Showpiece pool perfectly suits your lifestyle and enhances your home.

Setout & Dig

Once the design, size and location has been decided, we will organise a time to set-out the extent of your pool. This will be marked out on the ground to give you a visual perspective of what it will look like in context. Once this is signed off, our excavation team will come in to complete the dig. The dig will commonly be done within a day and our team will not only supervise the entire dig but also ensure existing finished surfaces are protected along with completing a full site clean at the end.

Steel & Preliminary Plumbing

Upon completion of the dig, our steel fixing team will then construct the form work and steel structure of your pool. From here, our hydraulic team will then install the Preliminary Plumbing stage of the pools hydraulic system. This includes Skimmer Box, Main Drains, Pool Returns, Pool Suctions and any other penetration that is required into the pool.

Concrete Spray

The pool is then ready for concrete. The concreting process is performed through the use of ‘shotcrete’ which is a spray-on application. On the day, a member of our team will be there to supervise the entire process ensuring depths and dimensions are correct and a site clean upon completion is done.

Secondary Plumbing

Once the concrete spray has been completed, the formwork will be removed and the secondary plumbing stage can be completed by our hydraulic team. This involves extending all of the pipework from the pool to the location of the pool equipment. Our team is able to work in and around any landscaping work that also may be happening at this stage.

Pool Tiling

Once an adequate level of landscaping work has been completed around the pool, our in-house tiling team can commence work. This involves rendering, tile laying and grouting to reach a beautifully finished pool interior. There are a range of different tile design options that can be chosen, which you can view at the below link of our tile supplier: https://www.pooltile.com.au/

Equipment install, Clean, Fit-off & Fill

Upon completion of tiling and approval of pool fencing compliance, the pool will then be cleaned, fitted off and filled. This involves a complete acid wash of the pool tiled interior and installation of lights, suction covers, eyeballs and main drain. Once all cleaned and fitted off, it’s time to throw the hose in!

At this stage the pool equipment such as pumps, filter and control systems can also be installed.

Handover!

When full, the pool is then ready to be commissioned and handed over. This involves starting up all pumps, connecting control systems and ensuring everything is running as it should be. A handover will then be conducted with you by a member of our team to go through each system and how it all works along with any maintenance items that will be needed.  After this, it’s time to enjoy your new Showpiece Pool!
